Supporting Charities

In May and October each year Onions & Davies take part in the Make a Will Month. This is a scheme where we as your local solicitors will support you to write your Will in exchange for a donation or a pledge in your Will to Dougie Mac. At Onions & Davies, you can make a simple Will in exchange for either a donation to the charity now or by leaving a legacy in your Will of either, a fixed amount or a percentage of your estate, of in excess of £100, with no legal costs to pay for a standard simple Will.

Douglas MacMillan is a local hospice charity that provides care, free of charge, for terminal ill people of all ages and also offering support to their families and carers during this time.  Every year, Dougie Mac provides all hospice services free of charge to adults, young adults and children living with a life-limiting illness in Stoke-on-Trent, North Staffordshire and the surrounding villages; also offering supportive care for their families and carers.
