The CQS is awarded by the Law Society and is the recognised quality standard for SRA-regulated firms in residential conveyancing. The industry accreditation is the benchmark for legal conveyancing firms and sets out the standards of competence, risk management and client service levels expected of practices.

The industry award also establishes credibility with third parties such as regulators, lenders, and insurers.
Membership of CQS is renewed every twelve months, which means Onions & Davies is assessed externally each year to ensure the firm continues to meet the high standards the scheme demands.
