Department: Private Client Consultant
Christopher qualified as a solicitor in 1980 and is an associate of STEP (The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners). He spent many years as a partner with Bridge McFarland in Lincoln, and also ran his own practice for several years. He has always worked closely with Accountants, Tax Advisers and other professionals, to enable him to prepare and implement detailed strategies to effectively secure clients’ long-term objectives.
As well as handling Probate matters, he has, throughout his career, been drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and other Estate Planning documentation, and continues to relish the challenge of helping clients plan successfully for their future.
In addition to his time in Private Practice in the UK, Christopher has also lectured internationally on Later Life issues and Estate Planning, and worked with Attorneys in USA on multiple cases. He has also contributed to a book focusing on family finances and planning.
In his spare time, Christopher is still trying to master the guitar and piano, loves reading and enjoys travelling.
